At GizmoLab, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we've made our return process simple and straightforward.

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@gizmolab.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we aim for customer satisfaction, some items cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
